Short version: we ask for your business name and an email address so we can send you a link to your site. That's it. We don't sell anything to anyone and we don't track you.

What we collect, and why
Only what you type into the form on our home page:
- Your business name and where it is — so we can build a draft that's actually about you.
- What you do, and your website or social page — same reason. Both optional.
- Your email address — so we can send you the link. This is the only way we contact you.
We don't ask for a phone number, a card, or an address, because we don't need them to build a draft.
What we don't do
- We don't add you to a mailing list. Leaving an email to get a draft is not permission to send you offers, and we treat it that way.
- We don't sell, rent or share your data.
- We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or profiling of any kind.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking — which is why there's no banner asking you to accept anything. There is nothing to accept.
If you go on to buy, the payment page loads Paddle's checkout, which sets its own technical cookies to process the payment. That happens only on the payment page, and only if you get that far.
Who else sees your data
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — our payment provider and merchant of record. If you buy, they handle the payment, the invoice and the tax for your country. They receive the billing details you give them, not the ones you gave us.
- Nobody else. The site runs on our own server; your request is stored there and read by us.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a customer, we delete your request after twelve months. If you do, we keep what the law requires us to keep for invoicing, and nothing more.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — including the draft we built. Write to gloria@maiora.es and we'll do it, no questions and no forms to fill in. If you think we've handled your data badly you can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
The drafts
A draft we build for you stays out of Google until you buy it, and it isn't public unless you share the link. If you say no, we take it down.
Terms, in plain words
- You see the finished site before you pay. If you don't want it, you owe nothing.
- Prices are in US dollars and include what's listed on the page. Paddle adds the tax that applies where you are.
- When you pay, the site is yours: your domain stays in your name, and if you leave we hand over the files.
- Hosting is €29/month, cancellable at any time. Cancelling doesn't take your site away — you keep the files.
